Lincoln Update

So, here's an update on Lincoln - -
Sorry if the pics are not the best quality - they are from camera phones =)

He loves grabbing his feet and chewing on his toes.


Where's Lincoln?
He loves going shopping (except when he is hungry, oops!)


He loves playing, smiling and laughing!


He likes to know what's going on in the car while driving.


And he loves riding on daddy's back with his stuffed animal!

5K Run - on May 2, 2009!

So, in order to get in better shape and have something to work for, Rebecca and I decided to train for the American River Parkway 5K in Sacramento. And--- WE DID IT! Two of our friends trained with us and ran it as well. That day was beautiful until we were about half way through the race when it started drizzling and then after the race it was raining and then it started pouring. :) I got soaked when a tarp I was standing under decided it got too heavy with water and let it go - all over me! Yeah, it was COLD! But it was also very Fun! Here are some pics we took!

Here is how Rebecca and I did! We both did better than in training - it's the adrenalin probably! I was especially proud of my time because I got really bad shin splints and couldn't train at all a week and a half before. We are planning on continuing to do 5k races and work on our speed.

Lincoln's First Easter!

We had a great Easter! Grandma and Grandpa Seymour came and stayed with us for the weekend. It was a busy Sunday for me - I sang a solo in Sacrament Meeting with Rebecca accompanying - and then I had the lesson for Relief Society! It all went well, but I was SO glad when that church meeting was over!
