So, I got a lot of people wanting to see pictures of me now... so here I am.
It is SO hard to smile and make it look real right now... I'm in a lot of pain and I've gained SO MUCH weight that it's no fun (about 65 lbs - 45 of which has been in the last trimester - weird). At least I'm at the VERY end. I had a doctor's appointment yesterday where he did a stripping of the membranes - which is where they run their finger along the cervix - he stretched me from 2 to 3 centimeters dilated and I am 80% effaced. I probably would have gone into labor last night, except I was in so much pain (lower & upper back pain, stomach pain, cramps, & calf and foot pain from all of the swelling) that I took a Tylenol PM - which relaxes your muscles, so I'm planning on going on a long walk today to help things progress.
So, here I am 12-18-08 trying hard to smile! =)

WOW, I'm sure you will be so happy to have your sweet baby out of you and delivered! I'm sure you will do great! Good luck with the delivery and I hope you'll post lots of pictures of the new baby soon!!

Dan and I are soooo excited for you both. I personally am most excited for you, because those last weeks are rough. You are awesome though and it's totally worth it. Anyway, congratulations!!!

Oh, Corinne. Rebecca told me how miserable you are. But you look great doing it. :) I know you're in labor now and I hope things end soon so you can meet that little guy!
